Myrtle Trace South

Myrtle Trace South is an active 55+ community, located in Conway, SC.  It is conveniently situated between Routes 501 and 544.   This friendly, well-maintained community of 149 single family homes, continues to maintain its beauty with conservation areas, water, and golf course views.  The community has an active Board of Directors, governed by a Home Owners Association, with By-laws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

Residents enjoy the use of the MTS Clubhouse where several activities such as cards, games, parties, dance, book club, and meetings of various types take place.  The clubhouse is also home to a lending library.  A salt water pool is available for use April to October.   During the summer months, one might find a group of residents participating in water aerobics or neighbors socializing in lounge chairs enjoying a cool drink and the view of the pool and adjacent pond. 

The convenient location of MTS makes living here just minutes to so many venues, such as, Conway Medical Center and the many services they provide; Coastal Carolina University and Horry Georgetown Technical College where you can take or audit courses, or watch sports.  There are several grocery stores, dining options, gyms, golf courses, Tanger Outlet Stores, several beaches and Myrtle Beach Airport all within a very short distance.
